Our fees are generally billed on an hourly rate basis, unless agreed otherwise.  Billings are generated for each client on a monthly basis. A schedule of the current hourly rates for each attorney in the firm is available. Rates are adjusted periodically and you will be notified of such changes if and when they occur.  In addition, litigation services generally are billed at a higher rate.
